Approved February 6, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That section
eleven of an act entitled an act to incorporate the Richmond and
Rappahannock valley railroad company, approved February six-
teenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, be amended and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:

§ 11. That the construction of said railroad shall be commenced
within two years from the first day of February, eighteen hundred
and ninety-four, and completed within five years from that date.

2. This act shall be in torce from its passage.
