Chap. 152.—An ACT to authorize the persenal representative of J. L. McIn-
tosh, deceased, late treasurer of Loudoun county, and his deputies to collect
certain unpaid taxes.
Approved February 6, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
personal representative of James L. McIntosh, late treasurer of Lou-
doun county, and the several deputies of said McIntosh, be, and
they are, given authority to collect by distress, levy or otherwise al]
taxes assessed for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-nine and
eighteen hundred and ninety, in said county, that have not been
collected and that have not been returned delinquent, and the right
to collect said taxes shall continue for one year from the approva
of this act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
