Chap. 15.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of King and Queen
county to borrow money.

Approved December 10, 13.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
board of supervisors of King and Queen county be, and they are
hereby, authorized to borrow the sum of twenty-five hundred dollars
for the purpose of repairing the court-house and clerk's office in said
county, and they are hereby authorized to issue bonds for the same:
provided that the said bonds shall not bear an interest of more than
six percentum per annum and shall not run longer than five yeara.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
