Chap. 107.—An ACT to authorize the county schoo] board of Henrico county to
compensate school trustees.

Approved January 30, 1894.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
county school board of Henrico county may, in its discretion, com-
pensate school trustees at the rate of two dollars per day for actual
attendance on meetings of the county school board, payable from
county school funds: provided, however, that no trustee, as aforesaid,
shall receive more than twenty-four dollars in any one year for ser-
vice rendered on said county school board.

2. This act shall be in effect from its passage.
