Chap. 103.—An ACT for the relief of J. L. Garland, sheriff of Botetourt county.
Approved January 30, 1894.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That the
auditor of public accounts be empowered and directed to draw his
warrant on the treasurer of Virginia in favor of J. L. Garland, sheriff
of Botetourt county, for the sum of forty-two dollars and twenty-
eight cents, in payment of expenses incurred by him in arresting
William Dandridge, a fugitive from justice.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
