CHAP. 98.—An ACT to make the boundary lines of lots and
tracts of land in Lunenburg county a lawful fence.

Approved January 26, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That within the county of Lunenburg, in the state of Vir-
ginia, the boundary lines of each lot or tract of land shall
be, and are hereby, declared a lawful fence; and all ani-
mals-going at large iu said county shall be subject to the
provisions of sections two thousand and forty-two, two
thousand and forty-nine, and two thousand and fifty of
the code of Virginia of eighteen hundred and eighty-seven.

2. This act shall be in force from the first day of Jan-
uary, eighteen hundred and ninety-three.
