CHAP. 92.—An ACT to amend and re-enact section 12 of the act
approved February, 7, 1890, entitled an act to incorporate the
Chesapeake, Fredericksburg and Western railroad company,
extending the time for the construction of said road.

Approved January 26, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the’ general assembly of Virginia,
That section twelve of an act approved February seventh,
eighteen hundred and ninety, entitled an act to incorpo-
rate the Chesapeake, Fredericksburg and Western railroad
company, be, and the same is hereby, amended and re-en-
acted so as to read as follows:

§ 12. The said company or its successors shall begin the
work of constructing its railroad within two years from
February seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, and
enall complete its main line within seven years from said

ate.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
