Chap. 80.—An ACT to authorize the council of the town of
Broadway, Rockingham county, to borrow the sum of five
thousand dollars, and to pledge the revenues of said corpora-
tion for the payment thereof.

Approved January 22, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, That the coun-
cil of said town shall have the right, for corporate purposes
and for the general improvement and benefit of said town, to
issue bonds to the amount of five thousand dollars, and
sell the same, and pledge the revenues of said corporation
for payment thereof. The said bonds shall bear interest
not exceeding the rate of six per centum per annuum, pay-
able annually.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
