CHAP. 79.—An ACT toamend and re-enact section 246 of the
code of Virginia, in reference to the distribution of the Virginia
reports.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That section two hundred and forty-six of the code of
Virginia, be amended and re-enacted so as to read as fol-
lows:
§ 246. He shall, as soon as practicable, furnish one copy
of each volume of reports of the decisions of the court of
appeals to the reporter, one copy to each of the judges of
the said court, of the circuit and corporation courts, to
the judge of the chancery court of the city of Richmond,
and to the clerk of the circuit court of each county or corpora-
tion in this state which has a library contributed for the use of
courts, under section two hundred and sixty-eight of the code;
and he shall furnish the county court judges eagh with
one copy of such volumes of said reports as the state has
for sale at the actual cost of publication.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
