Chap. 739.—An ACT for the relief of H. M. Drewry, of Henry
county.

Whereas H. M. Drewry, of the county of Henry, has
improperly paid into the treasury of the state the sum of
thirty-two dollars, resulting from a clerical error in tran-
scribing the property books of said county; therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby,
authorized to issue his warrant in favor of H. M. Drewry
for the thirty-two dollars thus improperly paid.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
