Chap. 711.—An ACT to extend the time for the organization of
the Bertha mining and improvement company for the further
period of two years.

Approved March 4, 1892.

Whereas the Bertha mining and improvement company
was chartered by the general assembly by an act approved
February eighteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety, and
duly paid the tax required by law, but has not yet organized
under its charter—

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of the state
of Virginia, That the time of organization of the said
company be, and is hereby, extended for two years from
the passage of this act, and that said company for that
space of time be exempted from the operations of section
eleven hundred and forty-one of the code of eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-seven.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
