Chap. 689.—An ACT to allow W. T. Osborne to erect a wharf
on Chuckatuck creek.

Approved March 3, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That W. T. Osborne, of the county of Nansemond, be
authorized to erect a wharf on Chuckatuck creek, near
the home of the said W. T. Osborne, and near the mouth
of aaid creek.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
