Chap. 686.—An ACT extending the time for commencing the
construction of the Petersburg and Chesterfield railroad and re-
enacting the act approved February 18, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
chapter two hundred and sixty-seven, session eighteen
hundred and eighty-nine and eighteen hundred and nine-
ty, be re-enacted, and section seven be amended to read as
follows :

§ 7. The said company shall be required to commence
the construction of the main line of said railroad within
two years from April first, eighteen hundred and ninety-
two, and complete the same within five years therefrom.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
