CHAP. 679.—An ACT to authorize T. D. Christian and D. L.
Farenholt to build a wharf on the Mattaponi river.

Approved March 8, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That: T. D. Christian and D. L. Farenholt are authorized
-O erect a wharf in the Mattaponi river opposite to the

‘irst street in the town of West Point: provided that said

wharf shall not interfere with the navigation of said river.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
