CHAP. 678.—An ACT to continue in force the charter of the St.
Paul land company for the further period of two years.

Approved March 3, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That all the provisions of an act of the general assembly
entitled an act to incorporate the Saint Paul land com-
pany, approved March third, eighteen hundred and ninety,
shall be, and they hereby are, continued in force until two
years from and after this date, notwithstanding anything
contained in section eleven hundred and forty-one of the
code of eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, and all the
chartered rights, powers and franchises granted by said
act shall continue in full force and effect for the period
aforesaid, notwithstanding anything contained in said sec-
tion of said code.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
