CHAP. 662.—An ACT authorizing the Waverly district school
trustees of the county of Sussex to sell land, etc.

Approved March 8, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the Waverly district school trustees of the county of
Sussex be, and they are hereby, authorized to divide inte
lots, sell and convey so much of the land held by them,
in the town of Waverly, as they may deem proper and de-
sirable over and above one acre, which shal! be reserved for
the use of the public school in said town—the proceeds of
such sale to be used for the general improvement of the
public school property in the town of Waverly.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
