CHAP. 660.—An ACT to empower the county court of ree
ham, upon evidence, to certify the claim of Mrs. Sallie A. Wade
to the auditor of public accounts to be listed as other pensioners.

Approved March 8, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the judge of the county courtof Buckingham be, and
he is hereby, empowered, upon proof before said court,
that Mrs. Sallie A. Wade, whose husband was killed in the
Confederate war, has not been paid by the state of Vir-
ginia the pension to which she was entitled by law for
any one year or years, to certify the claim of the said Mrs.
Sallie A. Wade, as provided by law, to the auditor of pub-
lic accounts of Virginia; and upon such certificate the
claim of said Mrs. Sallie A. Wade is to be listed for the
pension of thirty dollars per year as provided by law for
such persons.
