CHAP. 659.—An ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to incorpo-
rate Lee district, in the county of Henrico, approved January

31, 1890.
Approved March 8, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the act entitled an act to incorporate Lee district, in
the county of Henrico, approved January thirty-first, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety, be, and the same is hereby, re-
pealed.

2. That any and all taxes levied under and by virtue of
said act be, and the same are hereby, remitted and released.

3. That the treasurer of Henrico county shall refund to
any Jand-owner in said district whatever amounts he may
have paid into the treasury on account of such special levy.

4. This act shall be in force from its passage.
