CHAP. 658.—An ACT for the relief of H. C. Fox, a wounded ex-
Confederate soldier.

Whereas H. C. Fox, a Confederate soldier and a private
in company I, Forty-seventh Virginia regiment of infant-
ry, was wounded and thereby disabled, and though not
within the class described in the general statute as entitled
to pensions, is rendered helpless to a degree that justly
entitles him to receive a pension ; therefore,
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby,
directed to list the said H. C. Fox for the pension of fif-
teen dollars.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
