Chap. 649.—An ACT for the relief of John B. Frazier, of Pulaski
county, Virginia.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That John B. Frazier, who has become totally blind from
the effects of disease contracted while in the service of
the late Confederate States of America, in the late war
between the states, shall be entitled to aid under an act
of the general assembly of Virginia, approved March fifth,
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, entitled an act to give
aid to the soldiers, sailors, and marines of Virginia maim-
ed or disabled in the war between the states.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
