CHAP. 643.—An ACT to allow C. W. Woolfolk, treasurer of
Orange county, further time to collect taxes.
Approved March 8, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That C. W. Woolfolk, treasurer of Orange county, be em-
powered to collect the taxes that remain in his hands
uncollected for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-
seven, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-nine, and eighteen hundred and ninety
(the said treasurer having accounted to the state for the
same), which have not been returned delinquent by dis-
tress or levy, and that the time for his collection of said
taxes be extended for one year from the passage of this
act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
