CHAP. 639.—An ACT to define a lawful fence for the county of
Warwick. .
Approved March 3, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That within the county of Warwick the boundary lines of
each lot or tract of land shall be, and are hereby, declared
to be a lawful fence, and all animals going at large in said
county shall be subject to the provisions of sections two
thousand and forty-two, two thousand and forty-nine, and
two thousand and fifty of the code of Virginia.
2. This act shall not apply to that portion of Newport
magisterial district in said county, known as Newport
News election precinct.
3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
