CHAP. 637.—An ACT to correct an erroneous assessment against
W. H. Silcott.
Approved March 3, 1892.
Whereas by proven clerical error of the assessor of Mer-
cer district, in the county of Loudoun, W. H. Silcott has
paid into the state treasury the sum of fifty-two dollars
and fifty cents; therefore
1. Be it enacted by the ‘general assembly of Virginia,
That the auditor of public accounts, be, and he is hereby,
directed to draw his warrant in favor of W. H. Silcott for
the sum of fifty-two dollars and fifty cents, to be paid out
of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
