CHAP. 624.—An ACT to allow the treasurer of the town of Abing-
don further time to distrain and levy for and collect certain
tax-tickets and assessments in his hands. .
Approved March 3, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the treasurer of the town of Abingdon be, and he is,
allowed one year from the passage of this act to distrain
and levy for and collect any uncollected assessments for
paving and curbing sidewalks and other taxes due the said
town of Abingdon and Cave City school district for the
years eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-eight, and eighteen hundred and eighty-
nine, and eighteen hundred and ninety, none of which
said tax-tickets and assessments which have been returned
delinquent shall be collected under this act.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
