CHAP. 613.—An ACT prescribing the terms for the eighteenth
judicial circuit, fixing the times for holding the same, and for an
ncrease of the salary for the judge thereof.
Approved March 3, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That there shall be four terms of the circuit court of the
sity of Roanoke and three for the county of Bedford, to be
neld as follows:
For the city of Roanoke, commencing on the second
Monday in January, April, July, and November of each
year.
For the county of Bedford, commencing on the first
Monday in March, June, and October of each year.
2. The judge of said court may, from time to time,
change the times for the commencement of said terms, and
may, whenever the business of said courts require it, fix
two additional terms for each of said courts, to commence
on such day as he may prescribe.
3. The council of the city of Roanoke may, in their dis-
cretion, pay to the judge of said court an amount which,
with the salary paid by the state, shall not exceed twenty-
five hundred dollars per annum.
4. This act shall be in force from its passage.
