CHAP. 61.—An ACT to amend and re-enact an act entitled an
act to amend and re-enact section 277, code of Virginia, 1887, in
relation to the printing of acta of general assembly, approved
January 15, 1890.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That an act entitled “an act to amend and re-enact section
two hundred and seventy-seven, code of Virginia, eighteen
hundred and eighty-seven, in relation to the printing of
acts of general assembly,” approved January fifteenth,
eighteen ‘hundred and ninety, be amended and re-enacted
so as to read as follows:
§ 277. How acts of general assembly printed.—The acts
and joint resolutions of each session of the general as-
sembly shall be printed in octavo form, and in a style to
correspond with that of the acts of the session of eighteen
hundred and sixty-five and sixty-six, except that the acts
and resolutions of each session shal! be printed and num-
bered in the order in which they are passed, and as soon
as practicable thereafter.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
