CHAP. 602.—An ACT to allow C. H. Rogers, deputy treasurer of
Warren county, further time in which to collect certain taxes.

Approved March 2, 1892,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That C. H. Rogers, deputy treasurer of Warren county, be
empowered to collect the taxes that remain in his hands
uncollected for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-
seven, eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, eighteen hun-
dred and eighty-nine, and eighteen hundred and ninety,
which have not been returned delinquent by distress or
levy, and that the time for his collection of the said taxes
be extended for one year from the passage of this act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
