CHAP. 593.—An ACT to permit C. S. Witham and brother to
build a watch-house in the waters of Mesongo creek, in the
county of Accomac,

f. Be it enacted by the general] assembly of Virginia, That
C. S. Witham and brother be permitted to build a
watch-house in the waters of Mesongo creek, in the county
of Accomac, for the purpose of watching their oyster
grounds: provided the said building does not obstruct
navigation: and provided further, that this act shall at all
times be under the control of the general assembly, and be
amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
