CHAP. 583.—An ACT for the relief of W. O. Yager, treasurer of
Page county.
In force March 2, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the board of supervisors of the county of Page is
hereby given full authority in any settlement to be had
between it and said William O. Yager, on account of county
levies, in its discretion to allow him credit for the sum of
thirty-five hundred and eight dollars, which he had on de-
posit in the banking house of D. F. Kagey and company at
the time of the failure of said bank as aforesaid, belonging
to said county arising from the collection of county levies :
provided the said Yager shall transfer and assign to said
board of supervisors so much of his deposit in or claim
against said bank as will cover said sum of thirty-five
hundred and eight dollars.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
