Chap. 571.—An ACT repealin g the act making Neabsco and Pow-
ell’s creeks, in Prince William county, a lawful fence.

Approved March 1, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the portion of section two thousand and thirty-nine
of the code of Virginia making Neabsco and Powell’s
creeks, in Prince William county, a lawful fence from
points on each creek, respectively, one hundred yards east
of the public road, known as the old telegraph road, and
extending therefrom in an easterly direction to the Poto-
mac river, be repealed.

2. This act shall be in force within sixty days from its

passage.
