CHAP. 561.—An ACT to allow J. H. Whealton to erect a wharf
on the Rappahannock river.
Approved March 1, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That J. H. Whealton, of the county of Lancaster be, and
he is hereby, authorized to erect a wharf on the land be-
longing to the said J. H. Whealton, in the county of Lan-
caster, on the Rappahannock river, subject to all the laws
of the state governing all wharves erected on the waters of
the commonwealth: and provided, also, that this act shall
at all times be under the control of the general assembly,
and be amended or repealed as may be deemed proper.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
