CHAP. 552.—An ACT to amend chapter 526 of session acts of
1889-90 entitled an act to prevent obstruction of streams in the
county of Mecklenburg.

Approved March 1, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That chapter five hundred and twenty-six of session acts
of eighteen hundred and eighty-nine and eighteen bun-
dred and ninety, entitled ‘an act to prevent obstruction
of streams in the county of Mecklenburg,” be and is so
amended as to read as follows:

526. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to
obstruct any and all streamsin the county of Mecklenburg
otherwise than by mill-dams or fish-dams.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
