CHAP. 540.—An ACT for the further relief of the sureties of C. H.
Ingles, late treasurer of Henry county.

. Whereas an act was passed March fourth, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety, giving the sureties of C. H. Ingles, late
treasurer of Henry county, until March fourth, eighteen
hundred and nine-two, to pay in Riddieberger bonds a
judgment of the state for eleven hundred and fifty-nine
dollars and fourteen cents recovered against them; there-
fore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the time thereunder within which Riddleberger bonds
may be delivered to the auditor of public accounts in sat-
isfaction of said judgment be extended to March fourth,
eighteen hundred and ninety-three, or said sureties may,
in lieu of Riddleberger bonds, deliver to the auditor bonds
of the state of Virginia that may hereafter be issued under
the Olcott settlement.

2. This aet shall be in force from its passage.
