Chap. 54.—An ACT changing the name of the Luther coal and
| iron company.

Approved January 14, 1892.

Whereas the Luther coal and iron company was incor-
porated by an act of the general assembly of the state of
Virginia, approved February fourth, eighteen hundred
and ninety, and it is now desired to change the name of
said company without impairing its rights, franchises or
obligations; therefore,

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the name of the said Luther coal and iron company,
be, and the same is hereby, changed to the Crockett’s Cove
coal and iron company, and by the name of the Crock-
ett’s Cove coal and iron company, it shall have its com-
mon seal, conduct its operations, and have, exercise and
enjoy each and all of the powers, rights and franchises
granted by the act aforesaid.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
