Chap. 534.—An ACT to amend section 8 of an act approved March
4. 1890, entitled ‘‘an act to incorporate the North west and south-
east railroad company, extending the time for commencing the
construction of said railroad and authorizing the company to
begin work in any of the counties named in said act.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia
That sectian eight of an act approved March fourth, eigh-
teen hundred and ninety, entitled ‘an act to incorporate
the Northwest and southeast railroad company,’ be
amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

§ 8. The time at which work on the Northwest and
southeast railroad company shall be extended for twe
years from the fourth day of March, eighteen hundred and
ninety-two, and shall be completed within five years from
its passage; and said company is authorized to begin the
work of constructing said road in any county named in
said act.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
