Approved March 1, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That T. W. Taylor, of the county of King and Queen, be
authorized to erect a wharf on Mattaponi river at or near
Walkerton, in said county, for the delivery of lumber and
other saw-mill material: provided said wharf shall not
obstruct navigation on said river.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
