Chap. 516.—An ACT for the relief of Thomas P. Darracott, M.
D., of certain fines.

Whereas a petition has been presented to the general
assembly of Virginia, signed by numerous citizens of the
counties of Highland and Bath, asking that Thomas P.
Darracott be relieved of sundry fines, amounting ia the
aggregate to six hundred and ten dollars, imposed upon
him by the county court of Highland county, at the De-
cember term, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, and the
March term, eighteen hundred and ninety; therefore,
AVID UP ADSSAMDLYI.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the said Thomas P. Darracott be, and he is hereby,
relieved from the payment of the fines aforesaid: provided,
however, that the relief granted under this act shall not be
effectual until all costs attending prosecution have been
satisfied.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
