Chap. 490.—An ACT to allow Augustus Bunkley to erect a wharf
and pier on Pagan creek.

Approved February 29, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That Augustus Bunkley, of the county of Isle of Wight,
be, and is hereby, authorized to erect a wharf and pier in
front of his farm on Pagan creek: provided said wharf
and pier shall not obstruct navigation on said creek.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
