Chap. 489.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of
Albemarle county to continue the salary of the county judge at
the same amount allowed him under the census of 1880.

Approved February 29, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the board of supervisors of Albemarle county be,
and they are hereby, authorized in their discretion to con-
tinue the salary of the judge of said county at the same
amount per annum as was received by him under the United
States census of eighteen hundred and eighty.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
