CHAP. 482.—An ACT to amend and re-enact chapter 165 of the
general acts of the assembly of Virginia of 1889-'90, relating to
commissioners of revenue for the county of Campbell.
Approved February 29, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That chapter one hundred and sixty-five of the general
acts of the assembly of Virginia of eighteen hundred and
sighty-nine and eighteen hundred and ninety be amended
30 as to read as follows:
Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia, That
at the next general election to be held in the county of
Campbell on the fourth Thursday in May, eighteen hun-
dred and ninety-one, and every four years thereafter, there
shall be elected by the qualified voters of said county
three commissioners of the revenue for said county, instead
of two, as now provided for by law. Rustburg magisterial
district and all that portion of Brookville magisterial dis-
trict lying east of the Lynchburg and Durham railroad
shall constitute one revenue district, to be called James
river district; Senecar magisterial district, together with
Falling river magisterial district, shall compose another
revenue district, to be called Stanton river district; and
Otter River magisterial district and all that portion of
Brookville magisterial district lying west of and includ-
ing the Lynchburg and Durham railroad shall be known
as the Otter river revenue district.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
