Chap. 478.—An ACT to provide for a new census of the school
population of the city of Buena Vista.

Approved February 29, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the judge of the hustings court of the city of Buena
Vista be authorized to have taken a new census of the
school population of the city of Buena Vista.

2. Said enumeration of the school population of said
city shall be conducted under the laws now in existence
regulating the taking of the census of the school popula-
tion of this state, the expense of taking said census to be
borne by the city school board.

3. This act shall be in force from its passage.
