Chap. 474.—An ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of
the county of Bedford to determine what shall be considered a
lawful fence in the county of Bedford.

Approved February 29, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the board of supervisors of the county of Bedford be,
and are hereby, authorized to determine what shall be con-
sidered a lawful fence for the county of Bedford, or for
such portion or portions thereof as they may select, and as
to what class or clasees of stock.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
