CHAP. 472.—An ACT to allow V. B. Gilmer, treasurer of Russell
county, further time to distrain and levy for taxes for the years
1887, 1888, and 1889.

Approved February 29, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That V. B. Gilmer, treasurer of Russell county, be allowed
the further time of one year within which to distrain and
levy for taxes and levies now in his hands and uncollected
by him for the years eighteen hundred and eighty-seven,
eighteen hundred and eighty-eight, and eighteen hundred
and eighty nine, and for which he has accounted in his
annual settlement.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
