Chap. 471.—An ACT for the protection of game in the county of
Prince George, Virginia.
Approved February 29, 1892.
1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That it shall not be lawful for any person to kill or cap-
ture deer in the county of Prince George between the fif-
teenth day of February and the first day of September in
each year.
2. It shall not be lawful to kill or capture wild turkeys
in said county between the fifteenth day of March and the
fifteenth day of September in each year.
3. Any person violating the provisions of this act shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction thereof be-
fore any court or justice of the peace, shall be fined not
less than five dollars nor more than ten, and shall be put
in the county jail until said fine is paid, but not exceed-
ing thirty days.
4, All acts or parts of acts in conflict with this act are
hereby repealed.
5. This act shall be in force from its passage.
