CHAP. 469.—An ACT to refund money improperly paid into the
treasury by George and Robert Ellis, of the county of Essex.

Approved February 29, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the auditor of public accounts be, and he is hereby,
authorized to issue a warrant in favor of George Ellis and
Robert Ellis, of the county of Essex, for the sum of seven
hundred and twenty dollars, that sum being improperly
paid by them into the treasury of the state.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
