CHAP. 459.—An ACT to allow Grace Episcopal church, Radford,
Virginia, to borrow mong.

Approved February 29, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That S. Heith, Ambrose Robinson, and John A. Wilson,
and their successors, trustees of rectory property belong-
ing to the Grace Protestant Episcopal church of Radford
city, Virginia, be, and the. same are, authorized and em-
powered to borrow a sum of money not to exceed one thou-
sand dollars, to liquidate the debt due on said rectory
property, and said trustees are fully empowered to execute
note or notes, payable at such time as they may agree upon
to the lender of said money, bearing six per centum per
annum interest, and to secure the same and all renewala
thereof by deed of trust on all of said rectory property.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
