Chap. 412.—An ACT to provide for the time of holding the terms
of the second judicial circuit.

Approved February 25, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the circuit courts of the second judicial circuit shall
hereafter be held at the times hereinafter specified—to-wit :

Brunswick, January tenth, April tenth, October tenth.

Greenesville, January twentieth, April twentieth,October
twentieth.

Petersburg, February fifth, June fifth, December fifth.

Chesterfield, February fifteenth, May fifteenth, Novem-
ber fifteenth.

Dinwiddie, March twenty-first, September twenty-first.

Nottoway, March twenty-eighth, September twenty-
eighth.

Sussex, April thirtieth, October thirtieth.
Prince George, May seventh, November seventh.
Surry, May thirtieth, November thirtieth.
2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
