1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia
That it shall be lawful for the district school boards o:
Luray and Springfield districts, in the county of Page
to use not exceeding one-third of the school funds belong-
ing to said districts for the purpose of paying teachers in
said districts.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
