Chap. 403.—An ACT to allow R. H. Atkerson to erect a wharf
on Chuckatuck creek.

Approved February 25, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That R. H. Atkerson, of the county of Nansemond,-be au-
thorized to erect a wharf on Chuckatuck creek, opposite
the home of said R. H. Atkerson: provided, said wharf
shall] not obstruct navigation on said creek.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
