CHAP. 389.—An ACT authorizing the treasurer of Rappahan-
nock county to deposit county funds in a national bank.

Approved February 26, 1892.

1. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Virginia,
That the treasurer of Rappahannock county be, and he
is hereby, authorized to deposit the county funds of said
county in such bank as the county supervisors of said
county may designate: provided that said bank shall be
a national bank.

2. This act shall be in force from its passage.
